Planning a wedding, party or big event can feel like a lot to organise – but don’t worry, we’re here to make the music side of things easy (and fun!). Below you’ll find answers to the questions we’re most often asked when people are looking to hire a live wedding and party band in the UK.

What types of events do you play at?

Pretty much anything that calls for great live music! We regularly perform at weddings, Christmas parties, New Year’s Eve celebrations, private parties, and corporate events. Whether you want a packed dancefloor at your wedding reception or upbeat music for a company function, we’ll bring the energy (and the tunes!).


How many musicians are in the band?

We’re a lively four-piece band with our very own sound engineer. That means you’ll always get the full live band experience, with a professional making sure everything sounds spot-on from the first note to the last.


Do you provide your own sound and lighting?

Yes – we bring it all with us! Our sound system and stage lighting are included, so you don’t need to worry about a thing. Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration or a party for 1,000 people, we’ve got you covered.


Are you insured?

Absolutely. We’re fully insured and all our kit is PAT-tested. Most venues ask for this, so you can relax knowing everything is taken care of.


Can you perform outdoors?

Definitely! We love outdoor weddings and summer parties. All we ask is for a bit of shelter (like a marquee or gazebo) to keep us and our equipment safe from the good old British weather. Rain or shine – the music will keep going.


How long does it take you to set up?

We usually need about 1 to 1.5 hours to set up and sound check. We do this as quietly and discreetly as possible, working around your plans so we don’t get in the way. Packing down afterwards is much quicker – about an hour.


How many guests can you cater for?

From cosy weddings to huge parties of up to 1,000 people, we’re ready to get everyone dancing. No crowd is too big or too small – if you want live music, we’ll make it work!


Can you learn special requests?

Of course! Whether it’s your first dance song, a company favourite, or just that one track that always fills the dancefloor, let us know and we’ll do our very best to play it for you.

Where do you cover?

Most of our events are in Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire and parts of Gloucestershire, but we’re more than happy to travel further afield too. If your event is a little outside our usual patch, we just add a small travel fee to cover costs – nothing scary! We love taking the band on the road and are always up for new places and new parties.
